Born in Hokkaido and currently residing in Kanagawa Prefecture.

While working in the food and beverage industry, he is also active as a member of the sake enthusiast unit "KATARI," which operates under the concept of “connecting people through sake.” Through KATARI, he regularly organizes beginner-friendly sake events and collaborates with restaurants of various styles to host seminars for hospitality professionals and content creators. His goal is to make sake more approachable and enjoyable for a wider audience through education and outreach activities.

In addition, he serves as a consultant for overseas export operations in the Japanese sake industry.
